Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

Pillar & Post Texas builds fences, gates and retaining walls in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This policy covers our website, pillarposttx.com, and the quote forms we run on Facebook and Instagram. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you fill out a quote form on Facebook, Instagram or our website, we collect:

  • your name, phone number and email address
  • your city or ZIP code
  • the service you want, when you'd like the project done and your budget range
  • anything you type into an open answer box

If we talk after that, we also keep what you tell us by phone, text or email, such as the address for your on-site visit.

On Facebook and Instagram forms, Meta may fill in some fields from your profile. You can change them before you submit. If you choose to be contacted on Messenger, we may message you there.

Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. These tell Meta when someone views a page or starts or submits our quote form, along with technical details such as IP address, browser and device type, and the page address. The Pixel uses cookies to do this. Squarespace, which hosts our website, also collects basic visitor information and uses cookies to run the site.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • contact you about your quote request by phone, text or email
  • schedule your free on-site visit
  • prepare your written quote
  • follow up with you about your project
  • see which of our ads bring in quote requests, and show our ads to people who have already seen or interacted with them on Facebook or Instagram

Who we share it with

We use a few outside services to run our business, and they handle your information for us:

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Messenger) runs our lead forms and Messenger, and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API on our website.
  • Typeform runs the quote form on our website.
  • Zapier moves new leads into our customer records.
  • ZevBit is the system where we keep lead and customer records.
  • Squarespace hosts our website.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. Meta's policy covers what Meta does with information it collects on Facebook and Instagram and through the Pixel, including how it uses that information for ads.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or with a new owner if our business is sold or reorganized.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we need it for the reasons in this policy, such as your quote, your project, warranty work and our business records. You can ask us to delete it, as explained under "Your choices and rights" below.

How we protect it

Your information is stored in the password-protected business accounts of the services listed above. No online system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee that information will never be lost or seen by someone who shouldn't see it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email us at the address under "Contact us" and tell us what you'd like. We may need to confirm it's you first. If you're a current customer, we may keep what we need to finish your job or meet a legal requirement.

If you don't want calls, texts or emails from us anymore, tell us on the phone, reply to our message, or contact us below, and we'll stop following up about your quote request. If you're a current customer, we may still contact you about your job.

You can change the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some websites may not work properly if you block cookies.

Deleting your information from our records doesn't remove what Meta or the other services keep under their own policies. To manage what Meta keeps, use your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
